Design and Features
The AT Series Pneumatic Actuators are developed, researched, and designed on the basis of comprehensively adopting new technologies, new materials, new processes, and innovative concepts from home and abroad, and have the following features:
★ Fully compliant with the latest international standards: ISO 5211, DIN 3337, VDW DE 3845, and NAMUR standards.
★ Extruded high-strength aluminum cylinder block, with the inner surface subjected to fine grinding and hard anodizing treatment, featuring long service life, low friction coefficient, and fast action response.
★ Elegant, compact, and modern design; the multi-specification series products make model selection more economical and cost-effective.
★ All moving surfaces are equipped with high-quality bearings, ensuring low friction, long service life, and no noise.
★ Two independent external stroke adjustment mechanisms are installed, facilitating the adjustment of ±5° for fully open or fully closed positions when needed.
★ Actuators with the same external structure are available in double-acting and single-acting (spring return) types; the single-acting type includes normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) versions.
★ The multi-functional position indicator conforming to NAMUR standards allows visual indication, installation, and output of all accessories.
★ Pre-compressed load springs, enabling safe and convenient installation and disassembly.
★ Pistons and end caps are made of die-cast aluminum alloy, featuring high strength and light weight.
★ By changing the material of the sealing elements, the actuators can be applied to high temperature or low-temperature working conditions.
Operating Conditions
Air Supply Pressure: 3 bar to 8 bar
Operating Ambient Temperature:
Standard type: -20℃ ~ +80℃
Low-temperature type: -40℃ ~ +80℃
High-temperature type: -20℃ ~ +160℃
Lubrication:Under normal operating conditions, the standard type does not require additional lubricant. For low-temperature or high-temperature operating environments, special lubricant is required
