Adjustment
1. Adjustment of intelligent and explosion-proof intelligent electric actuators.
(1) Adjustment of torque controller, travel controller and opening indicator. Open the electrical box cover, loosen the screws on the electrical mounting plate, and turn the electrical mounting plate 90 degrees to adjust the torque controller, travel controller, and opening indicator. The integral opening meter bracket is equipped with an opening meter adjusting potentiometer for adjusting the opening meter.
(2) On site/remote operated integral and integral adjustable electric actuators are equipped with button boxes. It provides users with on-site control and remote control.
①Field control: open the cover of the button box and you can use the on/off buttons in the button box for field operation. Site opening and closing are self holding. The green light is on when the valve is fully closed, and the red light is on when the valve is fully opened. The field operation is stopped when the cover is closed.
② Remote control: close the button box cover to switch to remote control.
(3) Module debugging method
① Adjustment module debugging method
a. Firstly, open the electric valve to the middle position through the hand wheel of the actuator;
b. When the AC380 power supply is connected, the power indicator is on. If the power supply is out of phase, the out of phase indicator is on;
c. The positive and negative actions of the code pulling switch cannot be pulled into effect at the same time.
d. Position feedback signal regulation during positive action. Close the electric valve to the fully closed position, judge the rotation direction of the potentiometer in the electric installation, (the rotation direction of the potentiometer is that the GND voltage to the sliding contact of the potentiometer increases when the valve is opened, otherwise, switch the two wires outside the sliding contact of the potentiometer), engage the two gears, open the actuator to the action of the potentiometer and then close it in place, adjust the "zero setting" potentiometer to make the voltage of the two test points less than 2mV, Then adjust the "4mA" potentiometer to make the position feedback signal 4mA, then turn the electric actuator to the fully open position, and adjust the "20mA" potentiometer to make the feedback signal 20mA. If it is found that the output signal decreases when the above potentiometer is rotated clockwise, please interchange the wires on both sides of the valve position potentiometer.
e. The "zero setting", "4mA" and "20mA" potentiometers rotate clockwise to increase the output signal, and vice versa.
f. In order to ensure the positioning accuracy of the electric actuator in the automatic control, the sensitivity must be adjusted. Low sensitivity, high positioning accuracy, but easy to generate oscillation; High sensitivity, not easy to oscillate, but poor positioning accuracy. The "sensitivity" potentiometer can be adjusted between the two, so that the best adjustment value is no oscillation.
g. When the input control signal is lost, the signal loss indicator will be on.
h. When the valve is locked in one direction when opening and closing, it can be unlocked after traveling in the other direction for 3 seconds.
② Integrated module debugging method
a. Firstly, open the electric valve to the middle position through the hand wheel of the actuator;
b. When the AC380 power supply is connected, the power indicator is on. If the power supply is out of phase, the out of phase indicator is on;
c. Position feedback signal regulation during conventional control. Close the electric valve to the fully closed position, judge the rotation direction of the potentiometer in the electric actuator, engage the two gears, open the actuator until the potentiometer acts, and then close it in place. Adjust the "zero setting" potentiometer to make the voltage at the two test points close to zero (≤ 2mV), Then adjust the "4mA" potentiometer to make the output signal 4mA, open the electric valve to the fully open position, and adjust the "20mA" potentiometer to make the output signal 20mA. The above adjustment can be completed only once.
d. The "zero setting", "4mA" and "20mA" potentiometers rotate clockwise to increase the output signal, and vice versa. If the output signal decreases when the above potentiometers are rotated clockwise, please interchange the two wires outside the sliding contact of the valve position potentiometer.
(4) Digital display calibration
a. After the above commissioning work is completed. Close the electric actuator in place. At this time, the output current is 4mA. First press the calibration button RESET behind the digital display, and then press the 0% calibration button for memory. At this time, L flashes on the display screen.
b. Open the electric actuator in place, and the output current is 20mA. First press the calibration button RESET behind the digital display, and then press the 100% calibration button for memory. At this time, the display flashes with the upper display H, and the
calibration is completed.
